Pam Barker is the founder and president of RELIA Solutions a recruiting firm specializing in the permanent placement of healthcare professionals.  Pam has worked in the recruiting industry since 1983 and founded RELIA Solutions in 2005.  Pam is a Sustaining member of the National Society of Histotechnology and avid volunteer at their annual conventions.  She is a member of the Advisory Board for the Histotechnology program at Keiser University in Orlando, FL.  Pam also is an enthusiastic writer and speaker on the subjects of  interviewing, job hunting and career coaching.  She has a passion for what she does and particularly enjoys helping new graduates obtain the
